I Was Taking Clonidine Blood Pressure Med For 2 Years

I was taking clonidine blood pressure med for 2 years but now I'm taking Spironolactone due to alopecia. The clonidine helped me get a good night rest. I have been on Spironolactone for 3 days & I haven't got any sleep at night. Do I need to contact my Dr or can I take a over the counter med in order for me to get some sleep. I worked 10 hours a day & I feel like cramp in the morning time because I haven't had sleep. Can you help me please
