I Was Taking Duloxetine 60 Mg For About A Month,and

I was taking duloxetine 60 mg for about a month,and my doctor tell me to stoped take it and the next day i satr taking bupropion 300 mg and since i star to take this new medicine im feeling very bad.soo dusy and almos losing cntoentz,hot flashes ,bomitin wend a traiy to get off.only feel little bettr if lay down.oh and all the ti es hear noises on my ears.please help me what can i do.orbif i nned to go to emergency room.
