I Was Taking Lamoltrigine 150 Mg And It Was Helping

I was taking lamoltrigine 150 mg and it was helping me. I stopped about 6 months ago and now feel depressed. I like to restart taking lamotrigine again. What does should I start with and how should I increase my does. I was also taking Flouxetine HCL 40 at the same time. Should I start that too? Thx
