I Was Taking My Husband's Blood Pressure And Noticed A

I was taking my husband's blood pressure and noticed a large difference in the results when comparing his left and right arms. (Over 20 points in the first number.) I know a slight difference is normal, but 20 points seems like alot. Is there something wrong with the arm that has higher readings?
