I Was Taking Predisone And Azithromycin With Nexplanon In My

I was taking predisone and azithromycin With Nexplanon in my arm and had lots of unprotected sex. ( Ive had nexplanon for 11 months) since then i have had no periods and a lot of pregnancy symptoms. All the urine tests come back negative or inconclusive. But the symptoms continue and no menstrual cycles. Didnt have one for August Sept and Oct which is highly unusual. What should I do?
