I Was Tested For Herpes One And Two Twice Last

I was tested for herpes one and two twice last week and two weeks before that both came out negative but I'm having symptoms and it just started to burn when the pee gets on my lips. My doctor thinks its folliculitis but I really don't think so. I also have bumps in the back of my throat that are kinda sore have been like that for almost two weeks and she thinks its nothing but allergies. I shave around my anus.. and theres tiny bumps around it I feel like I'm not getting threw with my doctor :/
