I Was Tested For Std's After I Found And Had

I was tested for std's after I found and had genital warts removed from my penis. Soon after I had a tingling feeling develop in the tip of my penis. My std results came back negative for everything besides hpv. The tingle is accompanied with a dull ache in my abdomen. I was negative for any Uti as well. I was prescribed antibiotics and the tingling feeling went away. However the pain in my abdomen continued... My doctor had no reasoning for this.

I had a CT SCAN that showed no indications of infections/masses in my testicles or abdominal area.

I then began having sex with my long term gf again and the tingling has reappeared.

I was rather promiscuous 2.5years ago in college. Is it possible I had a false negative and it is a std/sti showing symptoms for the first time that amount of time?
