I Was Tested For Tsh Which Is Over 100. Was

I was tested for tsh which is over 100. Was tested 1 week ago. Given 50mg of levothyroxine for first few days then dose increased to 100 last two days. very depressed amd suffering from stress and anxiety from bullies at work and over work. Urine smells very sweet. Is this ok? Is it going to be possible for me to find the cause and cure it throughdiet and lifestyle?
