I Was Thinking I Had A Follicular Mite Affecting My

I was thinking I had a follicular mite affecting my scalp eyebrows and nose , I also saw black snakelike worm when I wiped , I have been on Doxycycline and then a homeopathic also intervemctin , and a parasite cleanse . The bug is super small tiny wings then looks much like a cannibus gnat , which I have all sizes in a jar . I'm not seeing those as much but have seems to me worms I can feel the size like a dirt worm on top of my scalp then it moves and down to my eyes like a large vein .
