I Was Thrown From My Horse A Week Ago Tomorrow

I was thrown from my horse a week ago tomorrow I am still unable to walk on my own or stand for a long period of time. When I came off the horse I landed on my right hio which is extremely sore and unbarable I was rushed to a hospital and treated in trauma care because I also hit my head. Nothing appeared broken at the time but the pain is not ceasing any should I return to the doctor for more testing?
