I Was Thrown From My Horse Three Weeks Ago When

I was thrown from my horse three weeks ago when she spooked, I went to ER the day it happened to be checked to make sure no break to right leg and given d-dimer to eliminate possible blood clots both were established okay. Bruising as subsided mostly but now I have hard lumps around my lower tibia and back of my calf that seems to be numb in places and tingles when touched will that feeling go away?. Also the wound that occurred initially scabbed over but the scab peeled off yesterday and it still appears as not healed fully under the scab and leaked a pale blood like exudate today, I am thinking it could be infected and need antibiotics.
