I Was Tired Yesterday But I Need To Take My

I was tired yesterday but I need to take my son to the doctor. While I was waiting I fell asleep. I suffer from sleep apnea. I am also on a lot of medicine. He told me it took him awhile to wake me. He told me that I did not make a sound. He was worried. This has scared me should I be concerned?
