I Was Told I Had Degnerative Disc Disease And Had

I was told I had degnerative disc disease and had bone spurs on my c4 and c5 disc.that was told to me when I went to the local e.r. over a explosive headache I had been suffering for over 2 weeks.the headache finally went away(thank god) but now I have a feeling like heavy pressure at the bottom of my neck that feels like its going into my shoulders and down between my shoulder blades.I mean it feels like there is a brick setting on the back of my neck at all times.It doesn't really hurt it's more of a feeling like heavy pressure and just uncomfortable.Could this be something that will eventually go away or should I have it looked at(is it going to get worse) Lord knows I am sooooo afraid the headache will come back it was horrible
