I Was Told I Have A Fatty Liver, I Spent

I was told I have a fatty liver, I spent 3 days in the hospital with through the roof enzymes. I had a procedures to check the bile ducts. I do not do drugs or drink. I still get pain in the upper abdomen. I don't know if I am eating the right foods. Any rich foods causes nausea and pain. What should I do?
