I Was Told I Have A Navicular Bone Issue That

I was told I have a navicular bone issue that has been causing me pain off and on for the better part of 3 months. I typically take anti0inflammator meds, feel better ina few weeks, then do something and reinjure it. Now it is suggested I get a cortisone shot. Any thoughts?
