I Was Told I Have "minimal Obstruction" As A Result

I was told I have "minimal obstruction" as a result of my spirometry test. Breathing symptoms started the very week that I completed my treatment for Pulmonary Embolisms, which we have verified has not returned. Just wondering what might have caused this now ongoing breathing issue that I have. Is it asthma? I have never ever had asthma or any breathing problem in my whole life until now. And I was told that an albuterol inhaler is the only thing to help. Are there healthy ways I could reduce the problem?
