I Was Told I Have Swollen Neck Lymph Nodes In

I was told I have swollen neck lymph nodes in my neck. I have a knot under my left armpit that isn't painful. I am also experiencing weakness in my legs but mainly my left leg. I am also having tingling sensations in my head and temple pain. What could be wrong with me?
