I Was Told I Have Ulcer With Irregular Base On

I was told I have ulcer with irregular base on cervix , Pap smear taken 2 weeks ago was normal , 3 punch biopsies taken 2 weeks ago didn't show malignancy or precancerous lesions
And now I am booked for cone biopsy just to investigate the ulcer more ,what could it be ? Too much Worried
Age :53 ( I have period every 1 and half month)
Perimenopausal
No spotting or intermustral bleeding or discharge
