I Was Told I Was Having PVCs (300/day By Holter)

I was told I was having PVCs (300/day by Holter) on EKG after I noticed I was having palpitations. I have had an Echo and it appears benign. I still haven't seen a cardiologist yet. Should I be concerned? I'm 30 and overweight with a family history of heart disease and diabetes. My heart rate was getting up to 137 and I am a chronic migraine suffer.
