I Was Told After An MRI Today That I Have

I was told after an MRI today That I have a Mass on my left hip. I am experiencing moderate pain in hip, left kidney area. I also severe night sweats, pain that wakes me suddenly. I have very limited movement in the hip without extreme pain. I stopped reading things on the internet bexause it scares the hell out of me. No previous injury to the hip at all.
