I Was Told By A Woman In Danville Illinois That

I was told by a woman in Danville Illinois that anyone who has seizures /epilepsy is mentally retarded or has cerebral palsy but I know only about 9% of people with epilepsy are retarded and she took my kids and gave them to an abusive drunk and high father because I am supposedly retarded. And I just wanted to know if that is really true or right for her to judge me like that.
