I Was Told By My Teacher It's Bronchitis. But Ever

I was told by my teacher it's bronchitis. But ever since I woke up this morning, everytime I breath and or cough, I get horrible pain like stabbing in my chest. I can't stop coughing for more than 5 minutes. And if I lay down, it hurts twice as bad to breathe and cough
