I Was Told By The Doctor That My Heart Function

I was told by the doctor that my heart function is 22% and the normal heart function is 60%. I was accepted a peacemaker and defibrillator surgery was done , the doctor could not place one of the 3 lid or wire. Doctor telling me I need to see another doctor surgeon to place that 3rd wire. I feel fine no symptoms before or after the surgery. But the ecography, Mri,and the cat scan are showing low heart function.
