I Was Told I Hit My Forehead On A Pointed

I was told i hit my forehead on a pointed wood piece 3 days ago i didnt go to the doc i thought i was fine. Today i cant remember my social security number i try to remember events they come and go but i cant remember details, i close my eyes my mind goes blank and ringing starts
