I Was Told Months Ago(last Year) From My Naturopath, That

I was told months ago(last year) from my naturopath, that he felt a clot deep in calf of right leg. I have had 3 ultrasounds to which I know one was performed in an incorrect location. Dr's here seem to want to dimiss all health issues until the patient is in serious trouble. now for past 3 weeks I have had a (quarter)sized pain in upper right thigh. pain comes & goes but is especially strong upon me rising from a sitting position, to where I press on the painful spot to help pain subside. could this be a...or ...the bloodclot?
yes I do have unexplained exhaustion , lately. yes one leg swelled some time ago, now both look swelled . arches of both feet are painful to where feeling of sprains and broken blood vessel formations showing under skin--Dr.s don't take serously, so I haven't but pain spots are increasing thru -out both legs. how serious is this seriously!!
