I Was Told Recently That I Have An Enlarged Thyroid

I was told recently that I have an enlarged thyroid but I haven't seen the endocrinologist yet (my appointment isn't till next week), but I wasn't given any kind of medication. Recently I've noticed I've been getting really strong chest pains that last about 3 minutes and when I had my blood pressure and pulse checked (using my dad's portable BP checker and my galaxies note 5's pulse checker + checking manyally) my BP was 130/85 and my pulse was 108bpm. My normal BP is usually always 120/70 and my pulse is usually between 74-76. I was just wondering if I should bother going to the doctor before I see the endocrinologist.
