I Was Told That Have A Cataract In Both Eyes

I was told that have a cataract in both eyes and that they were too small to remove. Looking at the answer below, from one the doctor's, a cataract can cause pixel vision. Will the pixeling go away when the cataracts go away? I never had this before. I can see it when I close my eyes. I did have shots directly into my eye balls for almost a year because my retinas were both swollen.
