I Was Told That L Have Free Fluid In My

I was told that l have free fluid in my uterus and it is caused by a bacteria. I was not satisfied with the answer the doctor gave me as l usually feel pain on the right part of my abdomen. I would like to know if there is any problem l should be worried about that is caused by the free fluid that was discovered. Can that cause any reproductive issues in future?
