I Was Told That My Cousin Had Bled From His

I was told that my cousin had bled from his eyes, ears and nose. He was an undiagnosed diabetic and has a cerebral aneurysm; I'm not sure which vessel in particular is affected. Would a craniotomy help in this circumstance. I am many states away and haven't been briefed very well.
