I Was Told To Take Alpha Lopeic Acid For Poss

I was told to take alpha lopeic acid for poss diabetic neuropathy in my hands. I looked it up on the internet and it warned that it could cause low bld sugars in diabetics and should be monitored carefully.
Do you have any experience of this with diabetic pts?
