I Was Told Today That My Liver Count Was Slightly

I was told today that my liver count was slightly high. It is 55. The doctor didn't seem too concerned, but talked about life style changes and wants it checked again in three months. Should I be concerned about liver failure or worse at this time. I do definitely plan on improving my lifestyle immediately.
