I Was Too Much In Pain To Ask More Question

I was too much in pain to ask more question to the doctor about the result of MRI at my neck for pain and stiffinness. It looks there is a built of calcium around C2 and stiff tendons???
Is only painkiller the solution? And which cause could have triggered this massive infiammation? Thank you G
