I Was Training A Patient On An Injectable Medication And

I was training a patient on an injectable medication and accidentally the used needle of the patient pay have very superficially touched my skin. There was no blood from me at all but I believe I felt something (maybe the tip of the needle on my finger?) What are the chances I've contracted a virus? What measures should I take at this point?
