I Was Treated At Jhon Hopkins Hospital For A Pulminary

I was treated at jhon hopkins hospital for a pulminary embolisim and had to have a IVC FILTER place into my body due to other clots in my left leg. I also had a mini stroke as a result of this and had to learn how to walk again and am blind in my right eye. Im having some pain in my chest and in my left arm its a numbing pain. also im having pain in the right side of my torso. what does this describe? and does it describe a p.e.
