I Was Treated For A UTI, Took Three Days Of

I was treated for a UTI, took three days of Cipro, and it seemed better, but now it feels like my symptoms are back (just finished Cipro last night). I feel a constant urge to go is my main symptom now. Also my urethra seems like it is just irritated. Do I need to go back to doctor or is it possible I am still healing?
