I Was Treated For Cellulitis For The First Time, On

I was treated for cellulitis for the first time, on my left ankle with Cephalexin 500 MG. My ankle responded well, and at this time is still pink, but with mimimal swelling and no redness. My antibiotic will be finished in approx. 2 days. If the area remains pink and slightly swollen should I follow-up with my physician for a second round of antibiotics? Thank you. :)
