I Was Treated For Extremely Low Iron This Past April/May.

I was treated for extremely low iron this past April/May. I underwent 3 iron infusions. My blood work at midpoint was fine. I just had followup bloodwork done and my levels have gone back done.
(Ferritin 13 - 150 ng/mL 3     81     8). The numbers represent the pre-test, mid point and post test.
Iron 30 - 150 ug/dL      8     43     14
Iron/total iron binding capacity 16 - 50 %      2     15     4
total iron binding capacity 250 - 450 ug/dL     367     287     316
Frankly, I don't understand what this all means. I just know that the numbers don't look good. Could this issue be the cause of pain that I experience throughout my body? I will be scheduling an appointment with my doctor this week and would like insight prior to the visit. What kind of questions should I ask, treatment should I expect?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
