I Was Treated For Uti 3 Weeks Ago. Only Was

I was treated for uti 3 weeks ago. Only was positive for blood and leukocytes. Took bactrim for 10 days . Still had some urgency and pain. Repeated urine and was still positive for leukocytes but no nitrites. Do you think the infection didn't get resolved the first time or something else may causing the issue?
