I Was Trying To Clean My Right Ear With My

I was trying to clean my right ear with my finger just picking out the earwax. Suddenly I couldn't hear well (only very faintly) and it has been hurting for a few days now. So far no blood though. Could I have accidentally hit my eardrum, or is it just the earwax clogging up my ear?
