I Was Trying To Figure Out Exactly What This Pill

I was trying to figure out exactly what this pill was and what it was actually used for, It is a small, round, white pill with an imprint of N2 on one side, and what looks like an imprint of an arrow located on the other. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated, Thank You!
