I Was Trying To Treat A Metro Is With Apple

I was trying to treat a metro is with apple cider vinegar. 20 min with a cloth, which afterwards burned. Afterwards it looked like the skin on the left side was puckering in one place..and there were a few small, hard, rough bumps that I noticed too. I wanted to know if it's possible for this to have caused more hemerroids, or if these are sores from the apple cider vinegar that will go away?? It's been three days and it's less sore but the bumps and dry-like wrinkle/puckering is still there.
