I Was Tubing And Upon Going Over A Large Wave,

I was tubing and upon going over a large wave, my brothers head flung back and hit me right in the nose. My nose bled for a little and I chipped a tooth. Now, the next day, my nose only hurts when I touch it but I'm having trouble breathing out of my nose. Is that normal?
