I Was Tubing This Weekend And Swallowed An Excessive Amount

I was tubing this weekend and swallowed an excessive amount of water at one time. Ever since I've felt like I have something stuck in my chest and like I need to burp or clear it out somehow. It also hurts to inhale especially through my mouth. Should I be concerned or should I just let it pass with time.
