I Was Twist A Drain In Place With Both Hands

I was twist a drain in place with both hands and my left wrist popped with pain like electric shock. Pain subsided fairly quick but, hand fells swallow while making a fist. If I move my wrist the right way (don't know what that is) I experience that initial pain again. Not sure if I just sprained it?

Thanks in advance,
Tom
