I Was Typing On My Computer At Work And Suddenly

I was typing on my computer at work and suddenly I felt like my head spun, like a bobble head you see in a car. I realized The world went black for the few seconds. Then for the next few minutes I realized I was slightly weaving left to right, then it all calmed down. I still feel weird and my neck is stiff. I've been putting ice on it. I did get a whiplash almost a year ago and am still being treated. I had a neck shot 5 months ago and noticed it was wearing off about a day ago. I don't know if that was relevant.
