I Was Using Bioidentical Hormone Cream Twice A Day And

I was using bioidentical hormone cream twice a day and my dr. said my body wasn't absorbing it. She put me on Estradiol Transdermal System and progesterone orally. I've only been on it for a week. I feel bloated, my breasts hurt. The dosage is .05mg/day. Progesterone 100 mg. The dr. indicated that the patch is also bioidentical although its pharmaceutically processed. The cream may not have been absorbed, but I didn't have any vaginal dryness. Maybe I'm too old. Im 66 and in good shape. What do you think? What should I do?
