I Was Using Panderm Plus And My Skin Became Fair

I was using panderm plus and my skin became fair but its I am suffering from acne and my skin becoming damage with redness . so i stopped that cream and i search abiut that cream so i its containing drugs which is not good for human

So please suggest the cream for fairness and clean skin
