I Was Using Pendrum+ Cream It Was Good...I Got To

I was using pendrum+ cream it was good...I got to know that it's have some bad side effects now I stoped using it.
I got many small pimpels like rashes on my face and face become red and it's burning itching too.
Please suggest me some good medicine to avoid this.:(
