I Was Vomiting On A Friday, Felt Better On Saturday

I was vomiting on a Friday, felt better on Saturday with low fever, then Saturday night, no vomiting, had freezing hands and feet and total body myalgia, trembling so much, I could not hold my cell phone, then so weak when I fell on the floor could not get up for some time (at 3:00 a.m.), then had burning hands and feet during this same time period (Saturday night). Sunday, still experiencing weakness, body aches, no longer vomiting, hands and feet no longer on fire.
