I Was Waking Down Some Steps And Did Not Realize

I was waking down some steps and did not realize there was a curbed step and jerked my body from falling. I now have severe pain when I take deep breaths, sneeze, cough and even belch in the area of my shoulder blades but the shoulder does not hurt. I took an Advil but haven't gotten any relief.
